the food has always been excellent everytime i go. don't have to go all the way to vancouver to get good dim sum. only one time was i dissatified with the service which was when i noticed that the owner was not around, the wait staff seemed indifferent and a bit lazy. because the place is always top notch when something as important as customer service is not up to snuff it can leave you feeling disgruntled. other than that i guess their cover fee per person is worth it. i give them an "A". ..More Reviews
