Hiko Sushi

As a sushi loving Asian myself I pride myself that I know something about Japanese food, and I recommend this place to anyone without hesitation.

This is one of the few Japanese Sushi restaurant I can rate as the top notch.
The appearance, settings and the cleanliness is what upscale restaurant should be. The people are friendly, courteous and prompt with traditional Asian good manners.

Most importantly the food...Udon soup base generally tells the story of their experience..and it was real. Raw fish were handled and prepared properly as it should be. The price was reasonable, definitely not the cheapest in town but it was worth every penny.

Try and compare with your own favourite shusi place.
It's nice place to treat your buddies, or to impress your important guests.

I was extremely disappointed. I ordered a lunch box and the california rolls were nothing like the california rolls ordered off the menu. The box rolls were horrible. I will not be going back. The rolls from your local grocer are far better and that is saying something.

fast, fresh and friendly. A favorite time and time again

Its always very clean and the food is always so beautiful to look at, as well as superb tasting.

Very consistent, always fast for pick-up and frsh.

I think its the best one in Langley. Compared to others around, 8.5/10
