the food is good but takes to long to make and doesnt have enough pepperoni slices

Maybe if they paid their staff better and hire older help, things wouldn't be so messed up there all the time. Several times my orders have been wrong, the staff seem untrained and way too young to know how to handle their jobs.

The pizza is good when it's done right but I got tired of them not having deliver and messing up my orders. They really need to make some big changes to get me back.

They really need to work on better staffing for this store. The staff are slow and several times have gotten the orders wrong. There's mostly no delivery either and that's a pain. It would be nice if they'd get their act together there. I don't want to have to head into town for a Little Caesars Pizza.

YES, WE PLACE AN ORDER AT THE WALNUT GROVE STORE WE HAD ONE PIZZA COOKED THE OTHER PIZZA WAS HALF DONE PIZZA WAS NOT MADE HOW IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE MADE. THIS I KNOW CAUSE I WAS AN ASSISTANT MANAGER FOR THIS STORE AS WELL AS LANGLEY STORE FOR 3 YEARS. WALKED IN TO PICK UP PIZZA MUSIC BLARING AS WELL AS STAFF TALKING ON THE PHONE IMPROPER CONVERSATION. WENT A FEW DAYS TO GET CREDIT FOR THE STUFF CRUST THAT WAS HALF DONE 3 TIMES HAD NO MOZZA FOR THE STUFF CRUST. STAFF DIDNT ASK IF WE WOULD LIKE A REGULAR PIZZA AND THROUGH IN A CRAZY BREAD OR OFFER SOMETHING ELSE JUST GOT A IT WILL BE IN ON THURSDAY COME BACK THEN AND THE GIRL WAS REALLY RUDE AND SNARKY ABOUT IT. AS HAVING WORKED FOR THIS COMPANY FOR 3 YEARS AND LOVE THE CRAZY BREAD YOUR WALNUT GROVE STORE HAS GONE DOWN HILL BIG TIME. THEY HARDLY HAVE DELIVERY DRIVERS ANY MORE AS WE HAVE TRIED TO GET DELIVERY EVERY TIME WE CALL SORRY WE DONT HAVE A DRIVER TONIGHT. I AHVE CALLED TO PLACE ORDERS FOR PICK UP AND GET PUT ON HOLD ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASSION HAVE BEEN FORGOTTEN AND YOU CAN HERE THE STAFF TALKING ABOUT PARTYS THEY AHVE GONE TO AND THINGS THEY WERE DOING THAT WEEK. AND THEN THEY PICK UP THE PONE SORRY ABOUT THAT OR I HAVE HAD TO CALL BACK GET PUT ON HOLD AGAIN WAIT AGAIN. KNOWING HOW THE STORE WORKS THE CUSTOMER SHOULD ALWAYS BE FIRST WE LIVE IN WALNUT GROVE BUT PREFER TO GO TO THE LANGLEY STORE CAUSE OF BETTER SERVICE.
